| Before we even get to the design
stage of any project, DT Anderson involve Programme Managers, who
engage the client in defining and documenting planning and project
phasing, budgeting and conceptual costing, the most appropriate
delivery methods, scheduling of building priorities, as well determining
where and how to procure special materials, equipment and/or additional
labour resources, which may be needed for the project.
During the design phase of the project, the team will not only
work with you to agree the desired look of a project outcome using
Computer Aided Design technology (CAD), but will also discuss the
potential cost of maintaining your ‘build project’.
Should it appear that budgets are being exceeded, DT Anderson engineers
will consult with you directly to discuss and agree valuable alternate
materials or systems to use in your build project.
During the construction and post construction phases, DT Anderson
will effectively liase between all labourers, contractors and the
client to expedite any paperwork and to ensure that the building
project meets all local compliance issues. This is also the time
when DT Anderson will encourage the client to consider what additional
facilities may need to be installed as part of the overall building
project. This may be special equipment, tools or process systems.
When construction has been completed, DT Anderson will assess the
work done, ensure that no part of the building project is defective
and review operations maintenance procedures for any special equipment
that has been installed as part of the Facilities Management process.
Even when your building project is over, DT Anderson will continue
to think of you as their client because we want you to know that
you can count on us for addressing building repairs, general maintenance
and/or repairing any of the facilities that were installed as part
of your building project. Over the years, we have established reputable
working relationships with professionals who specialise in lighting,
electricity, plumbing, heating, cooling and power generation.
