Claremont Avenue case study

This property was an old run down end terrace with a large corner plot to the rear and side.

The existing rear extension was taken down and a double wrap round extension built in its place. The whole of the house was refurbished including all new plumbing, electrics, floors, new windows, overhaulling the roof.
